About

The Clearview Villages Metropolitan District (“District”) is a governmental entity and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, organized as a perpetual quasi-municipal corporation and governed by a resident-elected four-member Board of Directors. The District's primary purpose is to finance, construct, operate, and maintain public infrastructure and community improvements serving the Clearview Villages community. These responsibilities may include the provision and maintenance of streets, drainage and stormwater facilities, landscaping, signage, and other public improvements and services authorized under Colorado law, thereby supporting the long-term needs of residents and property owners within the District.
